It is with great delight and honor that we invite you to the 3rd Women’s Seascape Retreat. The ocean is such a magnificent place with an abundance of gentle guidance, support, strength as well as quiet, reflective receptivity. There is such richness in the environment at the sea; we truly enjoy sharing this space with you- allowing a place of rejuvenation, comfort, health, and retreat.

Our intention is to provide a safe space for you to open your heart to the wonderful woman you are. This retreat holds a place in which you can explore your options for obtaining healthy balance in fulfilling your needs and desires. There will be many activities throughout the weekend which you may choose to participate in or otherwise. It is solely up to the individual to meet her personal needs. Please follow your heart. Allow your instincts to guide you now & always.

8 – 9am  ~  Morning Nourishment

9am  ~  Morning Circle

10 am – 11:30am  ~   Manifesting

12 – 1pm  ~  Lunch

1 – 2:30pm  ~  Open Time

2:30 - 4pm  ~   Women’s Health Discussion

4:30 – 5:30pm  ~  Yoga on the Sand

6 – 7pm  ~  Evening Nourishment

8pm  ~  Saturday evening festivities to feed and free the Soul

6 - 7am  ~   Yoga

8 – 9am  ~  Morning Nourishment

10 – 11:30am  ~  Stringing the strands of our lives…

12 – 1pm  ~  Lunch

1:30 – 2pm  ~  Closing Circle/Send off…
